Carden Cascade Academy accepts all children regardless of race, creed, religion or nationality.  It is not equipped

to handle children with disciplinary or severe academic problems, health difficulties, or emotional problems.

  

It is the policy of Carden Cascade Academy that all tuition, book and computer lab fees be paid on the due date or, in the case of late enrollment, prior to the child’s attendance at Carden Cascade Academy.

 

There is no reduction in fees for a student who is enrolled after the school year has started.

 

There is no reduction in fees for a student who is withdrawn prior to the end of the school year whether it is on the part of the enrolling parent or on the part of the Carden Cascade Academy.

 

Application Fee – The application fee of $200.00 must accompany the Application for Admission and includes one interview for the parents and child with placement testing.  This fee is non-refundable. At the discretion of the school, an enrollment contract may be offered upon completion of the interview.

 

Enrollment Fee – The enrollment fee of $400.00 must accompany the Enrollment Contract.

 

Tuition for New and Returning Students (September – August academic program)

 

Pre-School, Jr.-Kindergarten, Kindergarten, and 1st-4th

 

Annual Tuition: $14,000.00 (average $1125.00 a month)

Book and Computer Lab Fees:  $400.00

Application Fee for New Students:  $200

New Enrollment $400 Re-enrollment: $300 due 1/29/22 after 2/1/22 $500.00

Hours:  Preschool, Jr.K, Kindergarten - 9:00-2:30

             1st – 9:00-3:00

             2nd – 8:30-3:00

             3rd  — 4th – 8:30-3:30

Enrollment/Registration and other fees are non-refundable.

 

5th – Middle School

 

Annual Tuition: $14,700.00 (average $1275.00 a month)

Book and Computer Lab Fees:   $400.00

Application Fee for New Students:  $200

New Enrollment $400.00 Re-enrollment: $300 due 1/29/22 after 2/1/22 $500.00

Hours:  5th – 8th 8:30-3:30

Enrollment/Registration and other fees are non-refundable.

 

Newly enrolled families will have the option to make 4 quarter payments (August 1st, November 1st, February 1st, & May 1st).

EXTENDED CARE AND MISCELLANEOUS FEES

 

 2:30 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (aver. $10.00 hr.) $1700.00 average quarter. This fee will be billed quarterly. Extended care fees are not pro-rated.

 

Additional All Day by Reservation Only (i.e. Select School Holidays) Full Day extended care fee for full time enrolled day care will be $44.00/day 9.00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.  Charges are not pro-rated. This is in addition to the monthly extended care fee.  For those who are not in full time extended care holiday fee is $75.00 per day.

 

Tutoring – The fee for tutoring either a new or returning student is $75.00 per hour. 

 

Field Trips – Fees for field trips are billed on the permission slip as the trips occur.  Junior High trips, (e.g. Washington D.C., Williamsburg, and China) are paid by the family directly to the service provider. 

 

Returned Checks and Late Payments – A fee of $50.00 is applied to any unpaid check and to any payment which is more than 3 days late. 

 

Loss or Damage of School Owned Supplies – Actual replacement or repair costs, as determined by the school, are charged.
